What are your hours for Online Service?

Ans: Monday to Sunday: 9 am to 9 pm.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Ans: You can schedule your appointment by phone in online Application and Website. Reservations for your appointment are held with a special gift.

What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment issues?

Ans: Your service provider will consult and guide you prior to the service, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She or he will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.

Are reservations or appointments necessary?

Ans: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice to Vgroomu contact Number, as we may have an opening or cancellation.

Can I book extra services while I am at the spa or Salon?

Ans: Yes, always if booking slot is free! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your service in advance.

What is your pricing policy?

Ans: All prices are subject to change. Service refunds must be done within 10 days with original receipt. Refunds may only be given to the original customer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Ans: Providing Excellent service is the motive of our venture. Because spa and Salon services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 48 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Spa packages and groups must give a minimum 50 hour cancellation notice.

Do you accommodate late arrivals?

Ans: We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our coustomers in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late in time, you will be billed for the entire service. However; as a courtesy to other customers, we can only conduct your service within your scheduled appointment.

Do you allow children in the Spa?

Ans: Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services through our portal. If not, we ask that you respect the other customers’ peace and quiet by keeping your children at home. This also allows time for yourself and enjoy your services.

What if I’m pregnant?

Ans: Salon & Spa has many wonderful services to give you extra-special services during this time with prior notification to Vgroomu. We understand your need for care and safety.
